Originally from the Upstate of SC, Rick has lived in the Greenville area since 1997. He started his career as a paramedic and later served as an air traffic controller before entering the real estate business in 1999. Rick is the Founder/Team Lead of Great Homes of South Carolina (@Epique Realty), a residential real estate team with locations in Greenville and Charleston. Rick also serves as an Area Leader in Upstate SC for the Epique Realty brand.Rick is deeply invested in his community and is an active member of numerous organizations. He is a current board member for the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce, he is a graduate of LeadershipGreer (Class 40) and a Board member for Greer Relief and the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS. He serves on the SC Community Alliance, is a member of the 2024 South Carolina Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, a 2024 graduate of the SCR Leadership Academy and serves as Co-Chair of the WUAR RPAC committee. Rick has coached agents, team leaders and brokerage owners all across the country and is a member of multiple real estate and business leader mastermind groups.Rick and his wife, Christina, who are parents to four amazing and super active kids, stay on the go! In addition to being avid fans of whatever their kids’ are involved in, they enjoy travel, going on cruises, boating around Lake Hartwell and playing with their great dane (Lucy). They love to cheer for the Clemson Tigers and they are often sharing a night out with friends eating Mexican food, drinking coffee, or savoring a glass of red wine.
