I am a dedicated and research-focused individual with a strong academic background and two months of research experience as a Summer Research Fellow at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. My primary areas of expertise and research include Physical Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Density Functional Theory, Nanomaterials, Carbon dots, Solvatochromism and Photophysical Properties.During my research assistantship, I have been actively involved in investigating the mechanism and locating transition state of oxidative addition and halide abstraction of different aryl halides by Ni(0) complex by using DFT method. I primarily employ computational software, such as GaussView, Molden and Tinker to analyse and optimize the properties and structure of molecule. Additionally, I have conducted a comparison of Strain energy and Heat of formation of simple Cyclic Hydrocarbon obtained by molecular mechanics by using Force Field Explorer with experimental values.My academic projects have also allowed me to gain hands-on experience. In my M.Sc. project, I worked on the Synthesis and Characterization of Surfactant based Carbon dots: Optical, Structural, and Solvatochromic Properties under the guidence of Dr. Md Palashuddin Sk, Assistant Professor at Aligarh Muslim University. I primarily employ optical spectroscopic methods, such as UV-Vis, Flourescence and FTIR for characterization of carbon dots. In my B.Sc. project, I explore the Evaluation of acid neutralizing capacities of selected antacid suspensions in Kerala under the supervision of Dr. Shaniba V, Assistant Professor at Govt. Arts and Science college, Calicut.My academic achievement include Chief Minister's Student Excellence Award 2023, by Department of Higher Education, Government of Kerala, in recognition of the meritorious aggregate achievement in Undergraduate Examination conducted by Universities in the State of Kerala during the academic year 2021-2022 and University Merit Financial Award by Aligarh Muslim University. My passion for research, strong academic foundation, and practical experience make me a dedicated and valuable contributor to the field of Physical Chemistry and related areas. I am enthusiastic about expending my knowledge and contributing to innovative scientific endeavors.
