Job Responsibilities :- Provide 24 hour Network Health surveillance of physical Fiber Optic / Radio and alarm reporting utilizing network monitoring andsurveillance software.- Network Control And Customer Solutions.- Troubleshooting network issues and taking appropriate action to resolve.- Ensure timely follow up with customers via email, ticketing system, phone/whatsapp/telegram.- Ensure timely follow up with Third Party via email, phone/whatsapp/telegram.- Ensure timely follow up with team via email, phone/whatsapp/telegram.- Configuration Network equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and equipment(Router, Access point, CCTV, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, etc) remotely and on-site.

Job Responsibilities :- Design, implement and manage wired & wireless infrastructure and supporting systems for Office Network and Gaming House Network.- Configuration Network equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and equipment(Access point, CCTV, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, Router, etc).- Troubleshooting device such as PC, Laptop, mobile phone and printer (Software or Hardware related) remotely and on-site.- Administrator Google Workspace.- Create and maintain for Request IT Internal Memo/Purchase Request and ensure the Purchase Request Delivery to IT Team/users.- Ensuring that assigned tasks and projects are completed within specified targets and timelines.- Provide expert advice on IT support for devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.- Develop and implement guidelines related to IT devices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Any other Tasks assigned by the company for support project.
