Costing Revaluation for All sku’s Finish Goods to get the standard pricec. Prepare COGS/COGM variance report.2. Prepare Monthly Management Reportinga. Prepare Financial performance report which show detailed sales, cost, profit, and analyse of all variances that impact in each brand.b. Prepare Comparison report of actual performance compared to budget, forecast and last year performance.c. Prepare detailed analyse to explain the cause of variance between budget, forecast and last year.d. Prepare COGS forecast report per month e. Prepare OPEX forecast report per monthf. Prepare CAPEX forecast report per monthg. Prepare CAPEX capitalize per monthh. Update OPEX monitoring to all departmentsI. update saving per monthj. Prepare purchase price variance report 3. Prepare Product Costing existing sku's reporta. Working closely with various department to setup accurate standard costing of all company product and suggest the best pricing to meet Company profitability policy.b. Controlling BOM per product is already update by SAPc. Prepare comparison analyse of standard product costing to last month then give recommendation to improvement 4. Inventory Controllinga. Conduct Inventory cycle count (stock count) every month and annual inventory count with auditor.b. Analyse variance of Inventory and make corrective action c. Prepare inventory movement d. Prepare Inventory analysis of Slow-moving inventory, fast moving inventory, near expired inventory and disposal.e. Coordinate with various department to minimize cost for disposal5. Prepare Product Costing NPD & Transfer Pricesa. Analyse of data RMR from R&D, DLVOH from IE and update price.b. Prepare Transfer Price for export to affiliate (make sure BOM per sku by SAP, update RMPM price, freight and handling cost)
