Monitoring daily cash flow & Ensure our Staff doing Weekly Cash Deposit4. Supports line manager for financial statements, documents annually tax reports And Monthly Management Reports, Give an advise on P/L (budget & actual) etc5. In charges to preparing payments AP & Supports payroll Including input Salary journal6. Preparing reports sales monthly for Head of brand at taiwan7. Preparing Inventory movement from Group/Central Warehouse to Each entity8. Preparing INV intercompany from Group to Each Entity9. Ensure Saldo aging maintained well10. Ensure our vendor provide the goods as we ordering (recently our staff have made order)11. Ensure our staff doing good at daily sales E.g : Choosing payment method Etc12. Handles 18 outlets out of a total of 27 outlets owned by the company
