Position: Painting TeacherLocation: Bekaa (Ghazze, Marj, Saadneyil, Qabelias, Barelias)Duration of the session 90 minsKey Responsibilities:Curriculum Development:Design and develop a comprehensive painting curriculum tailored to the needs and cultural context of the community.Incorporate a variety of painting techniques and art history elements into the lessons.Teaching and Training:Conduct regular painting classes for different age groups (16-18 years), focusing on both technical skills and creative expression.Provide individual support and feedback to students to help them improve their skills.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression. Community Engagement:Organize community art projects, exhibitions, and events to showcase students' work and promote community involvement.Monitoring and Reporting:Track students' progress and document their achievements.Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and impact for stakeholders.
