Designed and produced all online and print collateral (newsletters, annual membership roster, flyers, workshop materials, convention programs, marketing materials and display signage, invitations, flyers, etc.), using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. As Director of Marketing and Communications, I provided marketing for the chamber and for the business members of the chamber. I was responsible for developing, creating and distributing the chamber’s weekly eNewsletter; marketing chamber services and events, including mixers, trade shows, golf tournaments, workshops, etc.; maintaining and enhancing the website; researching ways to improve usability and relevance of website; optimizing site for search engines; tracking page hits and stats; researching and implementing potential revenue streams from the website as well as other non-dues revenue potential. I designed and created chamber email communications and print collateral, and managed projects that involved third party vendors. In addition to marketing, I also assisted with planning, coordination and execution of events, including the annual golf tournament and several trade shows. I was the liaison to chamber’s Ambassador Committee and supervised volunteers in many areas from events to social media.
