As the Escrow specialist my job is to research all Escrow related issues to ensure tax, insurance, and hazard loss payments, as well as mortgage insurance, is made in a timely manner. The Specialist also processes/researches claims for company and client liabilities. The Specialist is responsible for the timely payment of mortgage insurance premiums, loan level audits and accurate processing of all liquidated mortgage insurance (MI) loans to ensure minimal risk and loss exposure to the company and its investors. I also ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and works with escalated issues from borrowers regarding their MI, insurance, tax and escrow accounts in a professional and timely manner.
