1. Served 4 years as Marketing Director responsible for increasing census in Independent Living part of CCRC by selling Entry Fee Apartment and Patio Homes. The Community had 83 Apartments and 36 Patio Homes. Also, assisted with Sales/Marketing of Assisted Living; Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care.2. Converted Independent Living from primarily rental to Entry Fee revenue. 1st year increased revenue to 3.5 million dollars and had 25 Resident Move-ins my first year of employment. As of May, 2016, I had approximately 92% occupancy.

Served as Marketing Director for "Blue Sky" project developing sales needed for Financing and Construction of CCRC Community.Retention of depositors through financing and construction process.Opened Marketing Office in newly constructed community.Worked closely with Residents on move-in process when Community opened. I increased census for this Community to 85% occupancy the first year it was opened. This was a 94 acre campus including 54 Independent Living Executive Homes, 80 Independent Living Apartments.I was elected Marketing Director of the year out of 11 Sears Methodist Retirement Communities.

Winning 3 trips to Mexico and 3 Shark awards. My job was to negotiate National Travel rates across the USA for Corporate Companys to stay at La Quinta Hotels.
