Perform all duties of a permanent teacher in their absence which includes but is not limited to: Directing the learning experiences of students in curricular activities, providing guidance to students that promotes proper educational development, administering and distributing lesson plans, correcting work, managing students in grades K-12, enforcing school policies and regulations, and supervising various school activities

As a tutor at Carney, I conducted interviews with students to help them reach their goals and ensure a successful learning atmosphere. I interacted with parents and students to: address questions and concerns, guide them through tutoring process, and discuss the child's goals and plans to guarantee success. I was responsible for composing individualized lesson plans and activities that responded to each child's needs. I also stayed current on state standards and components of Mathematics and English to ensure maximum learning
