Built and managed a team of 5 Treasury Analysts responsible for administration of 1200+ domestic and global bank accounts, including corporate checking and custodial/trust accounts. Administered and audited user access for 40+ bank portals (i.e., credit cards, PayPal, accounts). · Managed Amtrust’s 10 largest banking and merchant services relationships (i.e., JP Morgan Chase, KeyBank, US Bank). Point of contact for 270+ subsidiaries (national and international) related to treasury produces and services, including matching needs to appropriate bank and products, negotiating banking contracts (pricing, language review), implementation, onboarding, client relationship management, and project management.· Centralized bank account administration and bank portals by documenting a current state assessment of thousands of bank accounts across 270+ subsidiaries. Gathered related documentation and performed ongoing audits. Closed dormant or inactive accounts resulting in improved internal controls, cost savings, fraud risk mitigation, and fewer accounts to manage.o Created internal procedures and audit guidelines on bank accounts, cash management, bank system administration, and payments. Supported SOX external auditors.o Maintained ‘clean’ accounting by performing quarterly audits on exercising controls. · Co-led the implementation of Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS), leveraging subject matter expertise to configure bank account administration, user administration, bank connectivity, bank fee analysis, and payments. Set up proper controls and procedures according to regulatory and auditing standards.· Saved $3.1M in bank and merchant fees by renegotiating and managing banking fees. · Consulted with global subsidiaries to develop payment solutions and lead payment projects, inclusive of IT systems, bank products, banking relationships, processing, contract terms, etc.
