General upkeep of office and break room supplies, distribute incoming mail and label/ ship outgoing mail and packages, track and maintain the internal company anniversary program, plan all team building functions for office and remote staff, coordinate, schedule and prepare for executive level leadership meetings, assist with customer service issues and coordinate with the proper department head, and other duties as assigned

• Responsible for processing data on a bi-weekly basis for both companies under the Hospice of Western Reserve umbrella• Enter and upload benefits and other deductions including 401K changes and loans into ADP • Process and track garnishments• Prepare, reconcile and import mileage and expense reports for monthly reimbursement for traveling employees• Respond to payroll and bonus incentive inquiries and resolve concerns for employees and team leaders • Bi-weekly New Hire Orientation on agency payroll processesCash Receipts Support & Coverage• Prepare, code and deposit cash receipts and credit card transactions using the banks remote deposit capture application (RDC) and credit card software connected to SAP• Review cash postings for Staff Accountants, Billing Staff and Development Teams

Human Resources Duties● Understand, communicate and apply company policies to all employees● Prepare 90 day and annual reviews for department heads to complete● Act as a liaison between building employees and Corporate Benefits Coordinator ● Process FMLA and LOA paperwork● Investigate and appropriately handle all employee misconduct allegations per company and state lawPayroll Coordinator Duties● Complete Hours of Labor Report Daily● Prepare, Process and Reconcile weekly payroll● Assist employees with tax and payroll records using UltiPro● Assist employees with timecard accuracy using Timetrak ● Work with additional buildings to ensure shared employees are being paid correctly Human Resource Manager Duties● Facilitate hiring of new employees beginning with the second interview including ○ Facilitating drug screen and physical ○ Entering employees into Ultipro to complete onboarding ○ Perform BCI background check for all new employees- including background checks for sister facilities ○ Complete two day orientation for all employees ● Assist other department heads to manage departmental hours● Compile and maintain employee records in compliance with all State and Federal regulations Additional Duties● Resident Funds● Guardian Angel Rounds● Recruitment and Retention Committee ● Act as back-up/ coverage for Business Office Manager
