Training Coordinator managing the Project Management Training Program. A program for all levels of Project Managers as well as support functions. The program covers many topics from company work processes and mechanics through strategic project issues.

CMS, the company’s Quality Management System, was a corporate initiative to develop work processes and procedures that were uniform throughout the company worldwide. My role with the CMS was development of Work Processes in the Promanade Work Process Software. Responsible for set up of all company information in Promanade; developed the procedure for process mapping; coordinated with the Global Functional Network to create process maps; guided leaders in appropriate wording and work process procedure.

• Responsible for all aspects of proposal process beginning with receipt of RFP through mailout of documents• Preparing proposals for energy industry companies for major projects. Key clients include: Valero, BP Global, El Paso, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Enterprise. • Responsible for updating, publication and maintenance of brochures, proposals, and qualifications and experience documents• Prepare contracts and MSA’s including obtaining proper reviews and approvals from corporate counsel• Complete client qualification questionnaires and prepare qualification documents• Ensure employee resumes are up-to-date and on file• Complete form for requesting contract and proposal numbers• Maintaining contract files and all supporting documentation including executed contracts and change orders• Maintaining company information and client references and experience for slides• Responsible for weekly sales activity report highlighting prospects, proposals, wins/losses• Prepare PowerPoint presentations• Order marketing giveaway items
