I started my professional career at the Alfândega do Porto Congress Center, where I did my internship. Without a doubt the best place for someone who has always had a passion for events to work and LEARN!I also worked at the Grande Hotel do Porto as a 2nd receptionist and at on tourist operator who taught me the value of the customer service and handled different profiles and personalities.At Norteshopping, at the information desk, where I spent 2 years, I learned how to manage customers, queries and stress (Christmas was the worst time...).Now at Eventor's Lab, I'm back to events. We work with events of all sizes, and we especially try to organize events from A to Z.
