- Finance management of the Group, carrying out its activity in Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Canada (relationship with the main financial entities and insurance companies in Europe)- Discussing with Auditors the Financial Statements to approve the Annual Report.- To prepare and participate in the Board of Directors and General Assemblies.- To define the financial strategies for the whole Group in coordination with the Shareholders and implementing them in the different subsidiaries, in coordination with Purchase, Sales, IT, Logistics and Finance Deparment

- The amount of the project exceeds 4 USD billion.- In charge of the relationship and negotiations with the partners (Sinopec and Hanwha).- Cash Flow forecasting and budget control.- Placement of cash surpluses in short-term deposits which generate interest at market rates- Issuance of payments to the suppliers and Parties of the Joint Venture(Técnicas Reunidas, Sinopec and Hanwha).- Negotiations with local and international banks to meet the project requirements: bond lines, fixed deposits,forex risk hedging, credit lines...- Foreign exchange risk hedging strategy for the Joint Venture

- Management of the Middle East financial team . - Relationship with local banks and insurance companies in the GCC region (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar) and international markets.- Raising lines for projects in the power, water and environment sector (factoring, confirming, letter of credits, buyers credit, bond lines,…).- Strategic financial planning.- Financial closure of SWRO 60,000 m3/day Al Khafji plant (Saudi Arabia)

- Analysis from a financial perspective of the viability of the tenders in coordination with proposal , contract and risk, tax and legal departments.- Study of the financial needs according to the commercial contracts and the cash flow.- Definition of the financial strategy to cover the credit and liquidity risks and FOREX hedging in compliance with the internal procedures, client’s requirements and country restrictions.- Negotiation of the commercial contracts to allow the bankability of the project.- Raising financial lines in Algeria, Morocco, Mexico, Emirates, India, Germany and UK.- Financial closure of Centro Morelos 264, a 640MW Combined Cycle Plant (CFE-México). “Pidiregas Project”. (USD 440 Millions)- Financial closure of EPC contract of Shams One 100MW CCSP project (UAE).- Signature of the first confirming line signed in Algeria with Citi Group.

- Management of bonds, factoring and confirming lines.- Direct coordination with Corporate Department of the financial strategies.- Preparation of the credit and liquidity risk analysis .- Calculation of the financial cost.

- Cash Flow forecasting and budget control- Placement of cash surpluses in short-term deposits which generate interest at market rates- Issuance of payments to the suppliers: confirming, wire transfer, checks remittances…- Promissory notes and factoring remittances instructions.

- In charge of accounts receivables of the international branches (Branches in UK...)- Report of the sales amount to Crédito y Caución Insurance to cover the non-payment risk- Issuance of the bid bonds
