During the time that I worked at Contact Center Riachuelo, I learned a lot about customer service and how to help the client with the better attitude in each case. The main goal for us was to give the opportunity for the client to be satisfied with our service and propose to them the chance to receive our credit card, but for this, we would had to check some information about them. So my job was to search for every information that we received from them.
