Provided financial administration on all gifts, grants and contracts with private corporations, foundations and individuals as well as city, state and Federal agencies; advised and assisted project managers in the administration of research grants; reviewed and approved proposals; and served as the focal point for all grants-related issues and projects; prepared project and program budgets for proposals.• Provided support to the accounting and budget departments by researching and resolving accounting and budgetary problems and issues, provided grant and contract-related information for audits, annual budgets, and mid-year reviews; tracked fundraising actuals against goals; and analyzed funding, attendance and earned income trends for NYBG events.
