Responsibilities and achievements:Creating purchase order in SAP as required from the Procurement team.Ensuring invoice prices and quantities match the SAP PO prior to the arrival of the shipment.Creating inbound deliveries for the inward goods.Coding the job number and PO to the relevant shipping documents and invoices.Filing POs, invoices and shipping documents according to correct company processes.Entering invoices into Cash-Flow spreadsheet.Updating appropriate spreadsheets with all relevant information.Checking invoices Vs Goods receipt amount for discrepancies and/or variances.Finalizing supplier invoices, and custom broker invoices through to the finance team.Creating advance payments into GAPIM.Running and providing weekly out of stock reports, along with POS stock on hand report.Ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
