• Responsible for hedge fund administration duties, including asset pricing, reconciling pricing discrepancies, trade validation and client reporting• Monitor investor statements for account activity and material corporate action events that could affect net asset value, thereby maintaining a real-time global pricing master• Interpret legal and financial documents to set up securities internally on AlphaFrontier, State Street’s web-based investment platform, for new investments and onboard new clients for pricing and accounting purposes• Act as liaison between external global contacts and internal team in Poland and India to resolve client inquiries and coordinate daily processes, resulting in zero trade deadlines missed• Train new hires and supervise offshore team in India on pricing processes, reducing pricing errors to less than 2 errors per month per associate• Received excellent performance reviews including a Super Service Award for outstanding performance

Maintained and updated a virtual database with information about public and private company’s executive officers and directors which is then published as the “Directory of Directors”
