Helping those in our community to clear a path through the stuff that is holding them back and gain clarity and control.Specializing in Career Coaching.One-on-one sessions enables clients to talk freely and together we identify what's holding them back and work on strategies to overcome those hurdles and head towards the right direction.Group sessions are delivered incorporating a Life Journal which helps the clients keep track of where they have come from and where they are going. Through these journals they connect with themselves, become more aware of their needs and what best suits their personality traits; which in turn will lead to a satisfying life. I carry out this work in my spare time and on a voluntary free basis as it is important to me to stay connected with young people and those in need of a listening ear and sound advise.

Facilitating clients to increase their Literacy and Numeracy skills through many different mediums. Our clients have a range of needs including Brain Injury, Dyslexia, Dysgrathia and Dyscalculia. During our time we utilize our campus garden to bring the subject into their everyday lives as well as encouraging self sustainability. The additional benefit to this type of learning is that the clients learn about being mindful and in the moment which reduces depression and other mental health issues.Also incorporated into our friendly classroom are those wishing to learn new computer skills and gain NCEA Levels and credits to increase their employability. During their time with me we have many Career discussions and together we work out a plan of action to reach their desired goals. All in all I have a holistic approach which assists those wanting to make a better life for themselves.
