SLG is a Behavioral Health Center with 4 locations around Ohio. We provide Center- Based, Home- Based Outreach, and School- Based services for children and young adults with ASD/DD and other mental health challenges using scientifically supported Applied Behavioral Analysis to help every client reach their highest potential. As the Site Manager, I manage all of the administrative tasks, reporting functions, document management, and personnel support functions for our Columbus center. I work daily with everyone from the front- line Behavior Technicians, Program Managers, and Social Workers to the Executive Team and staff at our other locations in Mansfield, Westlake, and St Clairsville. Manages administrative functions for a behavioral health center specializing in services for children and young adults with ASD, DD, and other mental health disorders.• Maintains client records and documentation using Excel, Microsoft One Drive, Central Reach, and Blue Docx DMA systems• Coordinates Safety Drills, tracking, and reporting as Safety Coordinator • Certified in Basic Professional Crisis Management• Talent Engagement and Human Resources Recruiting Manager- Interviews and Onboards new hires• Maintains staff scheduling issues, changes, and corrections• Organizes and submits weekly, monthly reports for various Executive Team members • Maintains Master Rosters for clients, staff, and stakeholders• Manages building maintenance issues• Disseminates policy and procedural information and updates to staff• Attends virtual meetings with other Site Managers and Administrators through Microsoft Teams• Submits and tracks Incident Reporting Data to administration• Coordinates with Program Managers to manage Outreach and School- based personnel issues

• Lead Business Office Associate/Manager On Duty responsible for all administrative and customer service needs for large scale national dealership• Provides subject matter expertise and problem solving skills in customer service with individuals and dealers completing sales and purchases• Monitors and maintains all Title/Inventory Management Systems and relevant Business Operations queues• Participates in training and mentoring new associates with developmental objectives and written observations• Ensures finance and funding issues are addressed and resolved in partnership with Home Office, managers and third-party providers• Opening and closing the business office as Manager on Duty• Processes financial transactions, receipts/disbursements and Cash Management Systems reconciliations• Maintains Accuracy Scorecards for business office associates and submits monthly reports• Prioritizes, plans and arranges for the timely completion of tasks and assignments by office associates daily• Performs administrative assignments to support Home Office, Central Title, and other store locations for problem solving and resolutions• Partners with department managers and remote locations to resolve time-sensitive issues• Ensures proper and confidential handling of customer personal and financial information

A Pet Care Affair is now a Licensed Training Provider in Pet First Aid Certification through the American Red Cross. We offer certification training to groups, organizations, and individuals.
