I have been working as well in banking industry since 2009 as Experienced Personal Banking Representative . Currently i am the Head of customer experience . My main responsibility is to ensure customer experience meets the standards, and to improve their satisfaction and loyalty , in addition to achieving targets.Strong finance professional with a Double Bachelor's degree focused in Communication, Journalism, and Advertising and Public relations from Lebanese university. Graduated from LAU with Executive MBA program and currently i am a candidate for DBA program at Audencia Business School- Paris.The most important things to know about me probably that i ve always look for the positive side in everything i do.
