Implementing sustainable business processes to ensure ongoing viability of the Automobile Association of Northern Territory.Working in a virtual team with senior managers based in South Australia and Canberra.Restructuring roles of main office in Darwin to align with new business goals and objectives.Responsible for recruitment of senior staff across a variety of new roles within the transformed business.Relationship management across key business and government stakeholders in Northern Territory including, Territory Insurance Organisation (TIO), Department of Planning and Infrastructure, Federal Government representatives and numerous contract service providers.Reporting to AANT Council on financial performance of the AssociationManaging, legal and technical experts to negotiate to deliver major contractual agreement between AANT and TIO.
