My current position makes use of my 10+ years of state-mandated assessment experience. ELPAC, CAASPP, CAST, i-Ready and PFT are among the testing platforms I work with. My position utilizes CALPADS, TOMS and other CDE database resources. My extensive experience with the Google Suite, Microsoft Office, spreadsheet tracking, scheduling, attention to detail and strong communication skills make me an asset to my current employer, IEM. Additionally, I enjoy making newsletters and presentations graphically pleasing. Recent changes in how state assessments are administered, have allowed me the opportunity to provision, manage, ship, receive, and track an inventory of school-managed computers. I am called upon to train and manage temporary workers during our busy season. I am well-versed in my current company’s SIS (Student Information System), and take pride in providing my colleagues, families and stakeholders amazing customer service.

Worked directly with education leaders at the school, and district levels to provide customer service and sales support for data assessment products. Performed initial client contact and follow-up, while providing required materials to potential customers. Created a company website, and other marketing materials to create brand recognition. Implemented several mailing campaigns, and telemarketing efforts.

Accountable for all aspects of customer service through extensive phone contact, email transmission, and face-to-face presentations.
