GeniusProvided technical support at the retail level for all Apple products and Mac computers: OS X, iOS and limited support of several third-party applications. This includes, but is not limited to:- Sale of Apple products - Accessories that compliment Apple products - Acknowledge customer concerns on a daily basis - Provide solutions within a consultation The solutions that I provide require that I also repair all affected hardware components of both computers and iOS devices, in-house, when necessary. This includes:- keeping an open contact with the customer - updating the customer of their repair- educating the customer of the proper usage of their devices- Ensuring a great customer experience both before and after a visit. My experiences require patience, quick problem solving, technical expertise, and excellent writing and communication skills. During my time at Apple I have grown from many positions beginning as a Sales specialist and through stages of the technical support field. On a daily basis, I analyze, troubleshoot, educate, and attempt to resolve all customer questions and concerns.
