- Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest.- Working with the marketing department to get an understanding of the short & long-term marketing targets then develop content strategies accordingly.- Updating the website, social media & content pages periodically.

-Working in accordance with the college curriculum & policies.- Monitoring & assessing pupils’ progress.- Participating in staff & parents meetings.- Helping to manage pupil behaviour, discipline & to build confidence.

-Determining staffing requirements, interview & hire new employees.-Supervising expenses, including labor, inventory & cash.- Promoting & resolving customers’ complaints.
