Rita has advised hundreds of clients from the merchandising and marketing, operations, compliance, real estate and logistics client groups. She has advised, negotiated, drafted contracts, created policy and assisted in the conduct of investigations on behalf of her clients. As a result of such a wide variety of representation she has gained proficiency in the following types of contracts: NDAs, vendor contracts, multi million dollar intellectual property licensing agreements, real estate contracts, logistics contracts, and product leasing agreements.
