Assisting PM’s, Op’s and the GM to identify project deficiencies and ensure compliance with company protocols. The project depends on my blend of efficiency, effective communication skills, and organization.Essential Duties as a Project Administrator• Set up project filing, create document templates, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to acquire contract required documents.• Assist in creation of subcontractor scopes of work and development of contract.• Create & distribute subcontracts / subcontractor change orders. • Assist in authoring & distribution of owner change orders.• Collect, track and report on required field paperwork; superintendent daily reports, monthly job progress reports, subcontractor safety meetings & photos. • Prepare OAC agendas, attend project meetings and distribute minutes.• Generate Owner billings, lien releases & certified payrolls.• Compile contract close-out docs & as-builts for distribution.• Aid Safety Assistant & Managers with project documentation, distribution of safety material and reporting of safety compliance from Subs and self-performed work.• Assist Project Managers & field employees in day to day tasks.
