After children have been taken out of the home, I search for a relative that may be able to take the child. I search for biological partents that no one knows where they may be. Once the relatives that would like to have the child pass a background check I walk through the homes checking it to make sure it's a safe enviroment for the child. Provide documentation of the meetings, monthly reports and updated plans of care. Found community resources for client and families. Provide crisis support for client, families, and staff as needed.
