Governance lead is responsible to ensure the team is performing at its best. The main objective is to have the right structure in place so that urgencies do not occur, and if they do... the teams know how to act.I act mainly in 4 areas of support - Communication, KPIs and dashboards, Working Better, and People. In each area I align with the team leaders what is most required for my team to support. It can be building a dashboard, it can be setting up a training program or building bridges with other teams.

The Global Solution PM Lead plays a critical role to secure a successful End-to-end first time delivery and major change request on time of Global Solution Center product portfolio (internally and externally). In this role I'm responsible for ensuring the Global Solution Projec Management team enablement for a successful execution, with the needed resources and processes. Also ensuring the execution of client projects against critical path in partnership with Global Solution Partners.1. Build and lead a global team of Project Managers to support end to end processes for the Global Solution programs and deliverables. Ex: Ensure workflow vision cross projects and teams workload;Create clear development and succession plans for group for execution through year;Ensure team skills are continually updated;Provide strategic direction for Project Management across Global Client programs 2. In this role I was responsible for tactical lead and management of the end to end full life cycle of the global client projects from design through launch, being accountable for delivering the agreed scope on time. This role requires good knowledge of the Nielsen global work streams, deliverables and processes, and expertise in Project Management, while leading a small team of Project Managers. As team lead also with responsibility on the direct reports self development, enabling them with the needed support, resources and knowledge to secure their successful execution on client projects against the critical path. PM role will be “Single Source” of truth for: project timelines, scope, resources, issues, risks, action items.

In this role I coordinated a strategical project for NIQ company. I was the project manager making sure regional leaders were informed and knew what was required from their teams. I was the bridge between internal client and execution teams in India.
