At Public Consulting Group, I work with a team of experienced consultants to help clients in the education sector achieve their goals. We conduct organizational reviews, data analysis, and deliver strategic recommendations for various projects, such as improving student engagement, retention, and satisfaction. I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Psychology from New York University, where I also gained valuable research and teaching experience. As a graduate research assistant, I contributed to the publication of several papers on topics such as motivation, emotion, and decision-making, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. As a teacher assistant, I supported the teaching and learning of undergraduate psychology courses, providing feedback, guidance, and mentoring to students.I am passionate about using psychology to understand and influence human behavior, especially in the context of business and education. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, such as Microsoft Excel Advanced and Project Management Professional, to enhance my effectiveness and efficiency as a consultant and a researcher.
