Key CompetenciesA wide practical and theoretical experience in multi-stakeholder process, project planning, monitoring and evaluation, research and baselines planning and has also facilitated various capacity building programmes, workshops and meetings for many NGOs and CBOs in South Sudan. Extensively worked on issues of Women and peace and security, sexual and gender based violence and Reproductive Health, space creation for South Sudanese women, the development of the South Sudan UNSCR 1325 National Action Plan and operalization of UNSCR 1325,the ratification of CEDAW and also key in fronting gender sensitive legislations. Worked extensively for the passed one year with the IDPs in Juba and traveled to most of the conflict affected states; working with the IDPs at the protection of civilian sites in Unity, Jongolei and Malakal to document cases of Sexual and Gender Based violence as well as conducting peace building and conflict mitigation trainings. Well known at the government level as she interacts with different Government institutions on gender issues. She understands the government processes very well and had been invited and consulted by government institutions on several occasions. Has nine (9) years experience in gender analysis, women, peace and security in South Sudan.Public Speaking:A well-known public speaker, confident, articulate and diplomatic as a speaker and easily captivates audience. Had spoken in different foras both within the country and internationally.

Evidence Lead for Resource and Support Hub (RSH) – Supporting Organisations in the International Aid Sector to Strengthen their Safeguarding Policy and Practice against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH).

Provide technical support to preparations of the SG's annual report on Women, Peace and Security, the annual Open Debate in the Security Council, and any other briefings to Council experts;Provide technical support to Member States and regional organisations, through UN Women country and regional offices, on 1325 NAP development and implementation processes, including the development of training and capacity-building tools to strengthen NAPsSupport ongoing initiatives to facilitate women’s access to, and enhance their participation in mediation, national dialogue and reconciliation processes in countries including Burundi and South SudanProvide support to the organization of one high-level event to share the key recommendations of the Global Study, lessons learned and best practices of women’s participation in mediation and peace processes.
