I am the People Head and Global People Partner for three organizations within the Cloud & Network Services (CNS) business at Nokia: Software as a Service (SaaS), the Network Monetization Platform, and Emerging Technologies, each with a global workforce spanning multiple countries. I am a member of the Business Leadership Teams for all three organizations, collaborating directly with executive leaders, translating specific business needs into the CNS People strategy, and driving its implementation.Additionally, I am part of the CNS HR Leadership team, reporting directly to the CNS Chief People Officer, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and the overall strategic objectives of CNS.

Contribute to Nokia People Strategy creation – translating specific business needs into the People Strategy and driving its implementation. Leading Talent management programs for the units. Benchmarking best practices, and contributing to the People Community and promoting Nokia culture and values.
