*Coached a new set of students every year through the various technical aspects of the production of various shows, dance recitals and musicals by communicating clearly the goals of the day and coordinating with them concerning their own personal schedules to ensure we could accomplish the goals we set.*Maintained accurate inventory of equipment and supplies, troubleshooting of the various components of the lighting system, guided students through the troubleshooting and allowed them to show me how to do it the next time to ensure they fully understood the process. *Collaborated with the other designers and the directors about the artistic vision of the pieces before, during and after the production about the design, illustrated my designs via specific examples of gels swatches and gobos during design meetings, collected specific pieces of art where my design was pulled from and asked for feedback throughout the process in order to ensure we were all on the same page. *Utilized various computer programs such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Microsoft Office Suite, WYSIWYG and learned new programs as I went in order to keep up with the constant change in technology and new consoles that theaters were getting on a regular basis. *Every show was a success as it was always ran by a student, I gradually expanded my business to include several different schools and improved on my creative process and my teaching process along the way.
