• Works to ensure the Office of Admissions is tracking toward desired outcomes. Design, implement, and track operational practices and procedures to carry out admission policies.• Ensures that business processes adhere to campus policy and unit project and strategic deadlines are met in support of achieving strategic outcomes. • Works collaboratively with senior Admissions staff to provide input to the development and implementation of campus-wide initiatives and collaborations affecting the application and admission of both new and continuing students. • Provides leadership to the units responsible for processing and reviewing applications. • Coordinates and collaborates with the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, Student Success Initiatives, other Enrollment Management and Student Success portfolio partners, campus partners, and the schools and colleges. • Responsible for maintaining a state-of-the-art knowledge of best practices, policies and procedures in the field of undergraduate admissions including technical resources such as application platforms, Slate, or other tools to support the work of the Office of Admissions.

• Work with senior level administrators across the university as a student affairs data subject matter expert to provide context and knowledge of student affairs data through committees and university initiatives. • Provide leadership for building and sustaining an environment in which data is gathered, defined, validated, and analyzed, working with division staff throughout the division. • Provide data and analysis to the Student Affairs leadership and other division staff to ensure the understanding of student affairs data. • Provide expertise in the design, implementation and validation of data projects, providing interpretation of data results through reports and data visualizations. • Supervise a team to influence professional development and achievement of department objectives. • Serve as leader for the Student Affairs Assessment Group, which includes representatives from all VPSA departments.
