Manage up to 200 accounts in a timely manner. Prepare, assemble and process invoices through the financial application system, keep customer billing reconciled against related source agreements. Maintain customers contract renewals and update the current products and services. Correspond with internal and external customers ranging from the Bank Presidents to clerical assistants. Deadlines given to complete the month end process must be accurate and done in a timely manner. Demonstrate the propensity to perform analysis and solve problems. Uphold constant contact with Account executives assigned to each client. Keep in contact with account receivables for any client issue and solve. Monitor incoming SPO’s for one time fees, monthly processing fees and set up according to implementation. Provide customer support to the clients as well as employees.

Prepare billing for 200 plus clients ranging from $5 to 7 million in collections per month.**Maintained customer contract renewals and updated billing to reflect contracted products and services.**Responsible for billing analysis and issue resolution.**Responsible for contact with Account Executives and Account Receivables to resolve billing issues.**Monitored incoming SPO's for one time fees, monthly processing fees and set up according to implementation.**Assisted the conversion of up to 200 clients to a new billing format. Converted processes Excel format to PeopleSoft while keeping within contracted billing terms. Implemented PeopleSoft and converted all clients from Lawson billing format to PeopleSoft format.**Implemented and manage any new products the client purchases and update the system to reflect change.**Provided customer support to both internal and external clients.**Contact with Vendors to verify any prices discrepancies that my affect clients invoice.**Set up new clients in PeopleSoft as required.**Adhered to strict deadlines to complete the month-end process in an accurate and timely manner.**Worked on special projects as requested.
