Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):- Lead the development and execution of the CSR strategy, identifying areas where the organization can make a positive social and environmental impact and align the strategy to company-wide goals.- Develop and drive the annual CSR calendar and execute month-on-month initiatives and programs.- Drive community engagement and environmental stewardship, collaborating with various internal stakeholders and external community partners and NGOs on various CSR initiatives. - Develop and roll-out programs and initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion, employee health, safety and welfare and employee health and wellness, in collaboration with relevant internal departments.- Develop and implement internal communication plans to raise awareness, educate and engage employees on social responsibility, promoting a culture of sustainability across the organization.
