Supported the DMO GTM Baseline Customer Team by managing the governance of basic customer master data. Supported quality review of account level detail to deliver timely customer master data creates and updates to the Frito Lay legacy systems. Key point of contact for maintaining all Customer attributes as well as playing key role in understanding and maintaining Customer Master Data for the Enterprise Shared Customer relationships. Account Analyst support that includes Customer Master Data Management on key levels across the Enterprise Customer space. Key point of contact for ensuring data remains in sync between SAP systems and Frito Lay legacy systems for Sold-To customers and all other customer data elements - employees, routes, locations, hierarchies. Provided timely resolution of data issues in support of managing their go to market customer base. Key point of contact for escalation and resolution of issues with all Frito Lay customers - Sold-To and all other customer data elements - employees, routes, locations, hierarchies. Monitored and resolved tickets and minor enhancements assigned to DMO Customer Team.
