•Responsible for all aspects of locally-initiated projects and RELO programs such as Access for underpriviliged Egyptian youth (English Access microscholarship program), interfaith dialog programs and English for Specific Purposes courses. Coordinate with local partners, monitors associated grants, handles participant selection process, prepare reports, and coordinate the evaluation. •Responsible in following up the implementation of the RELO, Access for Youth, Interfaith and religious Dialogue (SEED), English for Imams scholarship, English Fellows and English Specialists. •Responsible in developing project proposals and budget as well as report writing.•Fully involved in planning and executing major thematic programs such as RELO participation in a national conference, book exhibition, or seminar•Maintain and expand RELO’s network of contacts at ministries, parliament, Al-Azhar, universities, non-governmental organizations, English teacher associations, as well as public and private sector schools. Through contacts and media, keeps RELO and PAS aware of issues impacting on EL education in Egypt. Identifies candidates for exchanges such as IVLP and SUSI programs •Oversee the expansion, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the English Language programs and cultural exchange scholarship program in Egypt.•Monitor quality compliance and reporting on program activities.•Represent the office when the Regional English Language Officer is unavailable for Nile TESOL meetings, events, local invitations and posting and responding on social media.

•Working closely with Syrian, Tunisian, west African refugees and others on issues happened to the them and their families due to the critical condition happening in their country•Analyzing mediation needs of service seekers pertaining to minority cultures and of functionaries that must answer their foreign clients, to decode communication applied to two levels:a) Practical – directive order levelb) Linguistic - communicative level•Provide social counseling and assistance in response to the needs of vulnerable refugees and host community in the school•Supporting and facilitation various integration refugee and asylum programs within the Italian society in diverse context: health, schools, immigration office and minor prison, working with youth delinquent•Health and social services orientation activities: the creation of individual programs aimed at helping people integrate into the region, advice on regulations and rights regarding health or residency issues, cooperation with regional public and civil services (register office and health service registration, services dedicated to migrants, police station, prefecture...);

•Providing technical support in mainstreaming decent rural employment issues for youth; Promoting decent employment in forestry for improved nutrition and food security, research assistance on youth employment in different agriculture sectors. •Individual follow up consultation with overseas FAO offices, reviewing what actionshave been taken regarding various field trainings •Assisted the team in the development of online capacity building training.•Contributed and edited the team input in the ECOSOC 2013 report "promoting productive capacity, employment and decent work to eradicate poverty in the context of inclusive, sustainable and equitable economic growth at all levels for achieving the MDGs".•Developed and issued an ILO/FAO four page brief on the potential linkages between child labour and decent work for youth.

•Delivering various trainings on the importance of right based and structure approaches in order to achieve better results•Coordinate and collaborate between the local community development association, various civil societies, the organization and Country office.•Develop and carry out trainings for various field program implementers on best practices, impact measurements and collecting best results and lesson learnt using participatory approaches. •Participate in planning and preparing sponsorship communication budget•Manage and develop rights based urban and rural projects targeting children, youth and women; CBR- children rehabilitation programs targeting handicapped children; advocacy campaigns (Because I am a girl/ Learn without fear/ Universal Birth registration; microfinance; children clubs; incorporating child rights within countries legal framework – scale up and capacity building. •Develop and provide technical training to staff and field workers on child/youth participation and capacity building. •Design, implement, monitor and evaluate programs and advocacy campaigns sharing its learning and evidence base for programme improvements and accountability.•Provide and support various coaching related to advocacy, child rights, child protection etc. trainings and technical assistance for capacity building programs and trainer of trainers TOT.•Develop and facilitate participatory workshops targeting individuals, groups, families, and communities on social issues including health, poverty, unemployment, child labour, child abuse and protection, •Coordinate and promote the awareness and use of global frameworks through provide technical guidance at various governmental and civil society level on the core principles in the social development process related to children and their best interest.
