The Director has responsibility for the total operation of the University Book Store: operations, campus relations and external liaison. The Store, a self-supporting unit of ISU, must support the academic mission by filling students’ textbook needs. It must also fill the retail and service needs of the academic community, project a high image of the institution, and maintain financial stability.

Manage the Textbook, Course Work, General Book, and Teaching Resource departments of the university owned bookstore, in charge of a nine million dollar budget.
