Understand the client’s needs and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner.• Work closely with Sales staff and Account Managers.• Working on Permanent/Full Time/contract requirements.• Working on contract and contract to hire positions on all tax terms (C2C, 1099 and W2) to provide qualified candidates.• Posting job requirements on Job portals.• Searching for resumes on Job sites like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Techfetch. • Negotiating salary/ pay rate with consultants/ employer and responsible for taking agreements from vendors such as RTR from consultant.• Screen resumes of the consultants and getting the details of consultants.• Prepare the candidates with client interview process.• Coordinating Interviews.• Post interview follow ups and helping the candidate with on-boarding process
