Provides technical rating and policy issuance of all transactions for multiple lines of business. Interacts, with agents, vendors, and Zurich staff to obtain and provide necessary information in order to resolve issues and provide timely, accurate service to attract and retain profitable business.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls from both retired & active Verizon employees in regards to their pension, retirement and health benefits. Furthermore, I have also been trained on FMLA and have a separate responsibility in answering questions in regards to the processing and status of FMLA.

Handled all the correspondence on pre-legal accounts for the branches I was assigned.
