- Work closely within NCLW with key stakeholders on the 1325 Lebanon National Action Plan (NAP) implementation and coordinating the implementation through a governance structure.- Oversee the implementation of the NAP - develop detailed workplan, coordinating/facilitating meetings, organizing workshops, maintaining relevant documentation. - Monitor progress against the NAP 1325 through the establishment of an M&E platform, report and identify areas of progress and bottlenecks, and flag to relevant stakeholders as needed.- Focal point on behalf of NCLW in various national committees and international networks especially the Women, Peace and Security Focal Points Network (WPS FPN)- Attend several international and national meetings, workshops, and conferences related to the WPS agenda, Peacebuilding, Women's rights etc...- Design and deliver trainings on WPS

- Draft concept note, proposals and budgets.- Design, plan, coordinate, implement and monitor several projects and programs with national and international partners (UN agencies, INGOs, CSOs) to ensure project outcomes are reached according to agreements, proposals or workplan- Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators on projects implementation and follow-up with national and international partners and stakeholders from ministries, public institutions, UN agencies, INGOs, and NGOs engaged in the projects in hand.- Record, highlight and manage project issues and escalate to higher authorities when necessary and resolve cross-functional issues at projects level.- Coordinate with the finance department on all the required financial documents and ensure the effective allocation of financial resources while implementing the project activities.- Present periodic reports to management and donors.

- Coordinate and work closely with NCLW Legal Committee on bill drafting and material review.- Delivered a training on the municipal law for an average of 300 women from all over Lebanon running to municipal elections under a joint program NCLW/GIZ Womena.

◦ Conduct different researches on human rights, women’s rights, civil marriage, gender-based violence, human trafficking etc., adopting a comparative approach◦ Assist NCLW's team in project implementation◦ Attend conferences and meetings with NCLW's team
