I support the Litigation Department Management and Leadership with matters relating to the management of the firm's outsourcing relationship with eDiscovery Services. I assist with various projects related to the management of electronic data on firm systems. I also support litigation client teams by serving as a backup for the firm's Litigation Trial Specialist and the firm's Electronic Case Management team members. I am responsible for managing the Vendor Invoice System, receiving, processing and tracking invoices for the department. I am also a co-admin for the firm's Box and Case Notebook Software.

Assisting the Operations Manager with administrative functions of the Litigation Technology Group. Receiving, inputting and distributing eDiscovery task requests; process monthly status reports and daily operations. Managing the Vendor Invoice System, receiving, processing and tracking invoices for the department. Also responsible for maintaining the electronic case management system, updating case docket and all other litigation case management folders. Retrieving case documents from Court electronic case filing systems (i.e.: PACER, Lexis, etc.) and performing scanning and conversions of both paper and electronic documents into the appropriate file format.
