Account management and project delivery for WeWork and JustCo Australian projects

- Assist in developing & assembling project documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant specifications or legislation- Organise, file, and maintain all current project documents and enter information into and manage the digital project databases.- Track and directly report project status updates to Project Managers/Directors- Effectively liaise with the client, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth running of each project- Assist in taking projects from design phase through to completion and handover.- Assist in ensuring the project follows the company’s quality assurance system through all phases of the project to ensure the production of the highest quality work at all times.- Prepare, attend and take minutes for project meetings: design meetings, site meetings, PCG meetings and PM meetings- Track and update cost reports, contractor progress claims, consultants invoice claims, variation claims
