• Provides global HR consulting to our international clients and expatriate populations in compliance with applicable local legislations and internal processes.• Researches and supports global payroll, benefit and HR functions in variety of countries, including Canada, Europe and Asia.• Develops and maintains global knowledge library.• Provides guidance on local country statutory and customary benefit practices.• Facilitates global payroll process for client accounts from start to finish.• Coordinates and administers international billing functions with knowledge of foreign banking restrictions and currency risks.• Facilitates and maintains communication flows internally within cross functional teams, global clients, employees and third party providers.• Creates internal process documentation pertinent to product and service delivery.• Assists with service delivery improvements for Canadian clients, to include providing support and guidance on payroll, benefit, tax and various operational functions.• Delivers training to cross functional teams in support of Canadian and expatriate operations.• Works closely with sales to ensure smooth client implementation and service experience.

• Manage customer relations to include support of payroll, benefit and web functions for Professional Employer Organization (PEO).• Manage customers that have the largest employee headcounts, those that have sophisticated or complicated needs, and Canadian accounts.• Conduct website training for customers to educate them in using website tools to the fullest ability.• Train and mentor staff members in Account Management.• Participates in customer on site visits to increase customer service relationships.• Participates in special projects to support Account Management team in process and procedure development.• Creates and implements processes for Canadian Account Management and cross functional teams

• Administer employee health and welfare plans to include 401(K) and COBRA in accordance with federal and state regulations and plan provisions• Performs variety of Human Resources duties including employee relations, confirming to FMLA, COBRA and HIPAA compliance.• Coordinates and processes annual employee open enrollment. Reviews and reconciles monthly billing statements and ensures accurate and timely payments are met.• Prepares and processes personnel transactions such as transfers, reclassifications, rehires, rate/salary changes, new hire and termination processing• Enters and maintains employee data into HRIS system• Develops job descriptions through job analysis and classification studies• Coordinates employee recruitments to include creating and posting job ads, screening applications, and conducting interviews.• Prepares and conducts new hire and benefit orientations• Administers pre-employment testing• Creates and prepares reports and analysis from HRIS data as required
