Review New Agency Application Process Checklist. Ensure submitted applications are complete with all forms signed, complete information is filled in, photos of facility, storage room, documents requested as indicated on the process to qualify. Incomplete applications will not be processed until all necessary documents has been submitted. Partner agency must have Pest Control Documentation, Food Handler’s License, Civil Rights Training Certificate, Food Permit & Foster Care/Group Home/Shelter License. Review Coordinator Site Inspection Visit with written notes of approval or recommendations for improvements. Ensure partners adhere to program compliance and policies. Manage the daily work for all inventory operations and staff providing adequate desired products to partner agencies. Work closely with Coordinators and partner agencies to ensure communication regarding new items added to the inventory and other product requests. Act as the liaison between partner agencies and Distribution network dpt. inventory and effectively manage government regulations and ensure compliance with agency requirements.

Answer large volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and chats in fast - paced contact center. Identify student needs and verify their identity through approved methods. Promote first contact resolution when applicable by referencing correct knowledge articles via Alamo Colleges knowledge base system. Maintain a high degree of product knowledge through active participation in training, coaching and quality assurance calibrations. Display critical skills by responding to student inquiries by clarifying the question, researching the inquiry, providing solutions, and escalating matters through appropriate channel when applicable. Must be able to multitask and think critically when rendering student support through the utilization of multiple systems and other resources. Use proven customer service techniques to establish and maintain professional rapport. Demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure that all key performance indicators listed on individual performance scorecard are met. Properly and accurately updates student’s records via ticketing system.

Provided assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation. Educated members and/or providers on health plan initiatives. Providing first call resolution working with appropriate internal/external resources and ensure closure of all inquiries. Identified trends related to member and/ or provider inquiries that may support excellent customer service and impact quality and performance.
