I worked in retail since 2005 , started as sales associate growing to be shift leader later to be store manager and finally in 2022 I started in the head office as a retail store supporter (training and support) and ending as area manager.I joined SPORT ZONE as a sales assistant and, after that, I collaborated in several openings and remodels of the stores of the same chain in Lisbon, spending at least 4 months a year in these projects.In this path, I progressively assumed the role as specialized sales associate, shift leader and later head of store department.Here I ended with the KAIZEN project and its implementation in several stores in the chain to improve business efficiency.In 2018 I started working as a store manager in a new project to remodel and restructure the SWATCH brand in Portugal, a project that made me aware of different business realities and gave me more skills in customer proximity service.After that I joined JYSK as store manager in the new JYSK Estoril and collaborated in all stores in Portugal as the company was going thru a fast expansion process.In 2022 had the opportunity to grow within the company to being Retail Store Supporter in both countries responsible for the training and support of the new managers and as backup to the area managers .In September of 2023 I was again promoted to be a district manager in Portugal with a total of 13 stores and the biggest sales value in the country. After a short passage thru Pepco IBERIA team as a area manager I am currently looking for my next challenge .
