Responsible for the production of events from conception through to completion (number of guests: from small number – till more thousands) • Creating presentation (non-conceptional), participating the elaboration of the creative concept • Communication with clients, preparation of cost estimates, official administration (contract, confirmation)• Contact with subcontractors – venue, catering, av, decoration, furniture, production, programs, staff• Documentation (setup, event and stage scenario)• Full coordination of events (from the beginning of the setup till breakdown)

• Role of marketing-assistant: taking part in marketing-strategy building up, online-marketing (developing, actualizing and optimalizing of website), supply of graphical, DM–action• Role of sales assistant: compiling and organizing costumer database, writing bids, communicating with partners• Role of manager assistant: increasing the efficiency in the office, helping the work of manager director
