Rita S Fierro, Ph.D. Email and Phone Number
As a Social Justice Consultant and Coach, I equip changemakers to drive systemic transformation even when the the context resists change. I do so with with my Liberation inside/out methodology. My methodology combines visionary leadership, community-building, and strategy exemplified in my book: Digging Up the Seeds of white Supremacy. Having studied systemic racism for 30 years as a researcher, program evaluator, facilitator, author, and coach, having generated 41 strategies, 28 strategies, trained 779 people, and coached 177. I've experienced the system's pushback many times and have learned the personal, collective, and strategic approaches that allow the creation of pathways for justice and transformation. I equip other trailblazers to clarify the vision and legacy they want to bring to the world, build a team of allies who can support them in that direction, face the pushback and learn from it--instead of taking it personally and getting burned out--what the systems are designed to do. As Founder and CEO of Fierro Consulting, I have 30 years of culturally-competent research, evaluation, and facilitation experience for initiatives built by companies, foundations, universities, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and international agencies including the United Nations across four continents.
