I have studied systemic racism for 30 years as a researcher, program evaluator, facilitator, author, and coach. I've experienced the system's pushback many time and equip other trailblazing leaders to confront the opposition and learn from it--instead of getting burned out. I summarized thirty years of studying systemic racism in my book: Digging Up the Seeds of white Supremacy.
